Components manufactured by Merx Svenska AB must not contain substances listed on the REACH (1907/2006) Candidate List above the threshold of 0.1% by weight. Exemptions in RoHS 2011/65/EC (including amendment EU/2015/863) are not used. At Merx Svenska AB, we are committed to the ethical sourcing of minerals and actively work to ensure that no conflict minerals are present in products delivered by Merx Svenska AB.
Conflict Minerals Policy
At Merx Svenska AB, we are committed to the ethical sourcing of minerals and actively work to ensure that no conflict minerals are present in products delivered by Merx Svenska AB. Suppliers to Merx Svenska AB are expected to take measures to ensure that parts or products delivered to Merx Svenska AB are conflict-free.
Suppliers delivering products in which the above-mentioned substances may be suspected to be present must certify and be able to demonstrate that the products are conflict-free. Merx Svenska AB will not purchase products or materials containing conflict minerals directly originating from conflict mines.
